There are many devices around the world and it is not possible for us to support all of them. We are trying our best to cover the mayority of the devices.

If the ad-button has turned grey, it means you'll have to wait for the game to connect to the server. This may take some minutes. Try to re-open the menu, which may help. If this still didn't help, try to restart the game.

 

Another reason why the ad-button may have turned grey, has to do with the ad-limit. The servers which send the ads to the game, have a limit on, how many ads they can show in the game. If you have reached your limit, you'll have to wait a few hours, or even a day for it to refill.
